I have been using work as my exercise (I work 2 to 3 nights a week)
I have also changed my diet, I’m no longer eating chocolate bars or sweets so to say of, but now I’ve turned to sugar free diet bars (the sweet ones) I’ve also started to drink zero sugar drinks and I now use Equal instead of sugar in my coffee, also using skim milk instead of full cream milk.
